PixnobiProcessing and download time
Processing starts when you select Compress images and takes place in your browser on your device. The time required varies with image dimensions, file size, the number of images, output settings, and your device and browser. Larger images or batches may take longer; there is no guaranteed fixed completion time.
Results are available to download as soon as processing finishes. Choose individual files or a ZIP download and keep the page open until processing and saving are complete. Saving time depends on the output size, your device, and your browser’s download permissions; results are not sent by email or physical delivery.
What is delivered
Pixnobi provides browser-based image compression and downloadable output files. It is a digital service: no physical goods, packaging, postal deliveries, or shipping fees are involved.
JPEG, PNG, and WebP processing depends on your browser’s support for the chosen input and output formats. Files are processed on your device, and results are downloaded through your browser.
When access begins
The local compressor is available when the page loads successfully. A paid entitlement, where offered through an enabled checkout, becomes available after the checkout confirms the trial or purchase. The confirmation must state the applicable start time, billing period, and charge.
Selecting a plan without a completed checkout does not create an order, start a trial, or take a payment.
Receiving and keeping your files
Use the download controls after compression finishes and choose a location on your device. Your browser may request permission for downloads. A file is not saved until the download completes.
Keep the originals and a copy of any result you need. The compressor does not upload images to a storage account, and we cannot restore results after you close the page or delete them from your device.
Delivery problems
If a download fails, check the browser’s download permissions, available device storage, and whether the page is still open. Try a smaller batch if your device runs short of memory.
If a confirmed paid entitlement is unavailable, contact support@pixnobi.com with the purchase email address and order reference. We will investigate access or billing issues; applicable refund and consumer remedies remain available.
