You may request a full refund of a subscription charge within 30 days after that charge if all paid credits or the paid allowance allocated to that billing period remain unused. The guarantee applies to an initial subscription charge and to each renewal charge on the same basis.
The free compressor handles up to 5 images per batch; a paid plan provides up to 100 images per batch. These are per-batch limits, not a stated credit balance for a billing period. In this policy, unused paid benefits means the paid features for the period being refunded have not been used. No explanation for your refund request is required.
What falls outside this voluntary guarantee
A period in which paid credits have been partly or fully used does not qualify for this full-refund guarantee. We do not promise a prorated refund for an unused portion of a partially used period under this policy.
Free compression and free-trial use are separate from the paid subscription period. Refund eligibility is assessed for the billing period of the charge being refunded.
How to ask
Contact support@pixnobi.com with the subject “Refund request”, your purchase email address, and the relevant order reference. Send the request within 30 days of the charge. Do not include full card details.
We review the payment and use of the paid benefits for the relevant billing period. If further purchase information is needed, we will contact you by email. We notify you of the outcome and confirm when an approved refund has been processed. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank posting can take additional time. If you need an update or cannot locate the refund, reply with your order reference so we can follow up. We do not charge a refund-processing fee.
What happens to the subscription
An approved full refund ends access associated with the refunded period and cancels future renewal for that subscription. Download any results you need before the refunded access ends. A cancellation request alone stops future billing and is not automatically a refund request.
Errors and legal rights
Contact us promptly about duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges, even if you are unsure whether the voluntary guarantee applies. We will investigate the payment details.
This guarantee adds to, and does not exclude or reduce, rights and remedies that applicable consumer law gives you. Mandatory rights relating to defective services, withdrawal, or billing errors continue to apply where required.
